Utilizing boron technology, AIR 2 rods make beautiful, accurate casts at long and short distances and have exceptional feel. The Winston Air 2, in 5 and 6 weights are the ideal choice for up-scaling your current dry-dropper/nymph rig. After some casting around out behind the shop, I would categorize the Air 2 as having a medium action that's great for lighter nymph rigs, dry-droppers, and some smaller streamers, but still has a soft enough tip section to be able to cast those smaller dries to rising fish. An ideal all-arounder for the Henry's Fork. Come by the shop and cast it for yourself!
